Grant Brix Note 10/23

There's no official word that Grant Brix has notified OU of his decision yet but the latest from a source is that the Sooners are proceeding as though it's a matter of when not if that happens.

The longer this drags out the less concrete that belief gets, so if we get a week or two from now with no movement then we'll have to reevaluate.
