I'll preface this update by saying I can't verify this source's information to the degree I typically like and therefore I won't be as definitive as usual, but it's an interesting data point nonetheless.

I spoke with a source on the Nebraska side today who believes OU will be the pick for Grant Brix. In this source's opinion, the combination of Bill Bedenbaugh and Jerry Schmidt will win out over the proximity concerns.

Again, take with a grain of salt as information from the Brix camp has been scant and vague but this is one perspective from the competition.
