Good news! I was wrong on this one. In talking to a source this evening with some more expert knowledge on OU's priorities, the staff will indeed be pursuing Overton once he enters the transfer portal.
Where OU stands is still an open question and the assumption from the OU side is that NIL will be a major factor.
