Michael Tarquin Note 1/1

Based on conversations with a few different sources we've been able to confirm there is strong interest from OU in landing Michael Tarquin from the transfer portal.

Our understanding is a visit is in the works but we don't have the timing confirmed as of yet.

If a visit does happen, I like OU's chances here.
