New Names To Watch in the OC Search

Update 8:55pm:

Sean Lewis is a name we're hearing more and more as someone who is not only on OU's radar but has also expressed strong interest in the OC job.

Update 11:30am:

Some other outside names to watch as things progress:

2. Justin Fuente

3. Dana Holgorson

4. Sean Lewis

Indications from sources we're talking to this morning are that Venables will take his time with this process and the names above will at least get a look.

Original Post:

A name that a source mentioned to me a few minutes ago as a "name to watch" is Andy Ludwig, the current OC at Utah.

To be clear, I'm not changing my expectation that the hire will come from within and there's nothing to report right now about him getting an interview or even his interest level in the job, but the source I spoke with indicated he's someone that could get a look.
