Offensive Coordinator Succession Plan

The succession plan at the Offensive Coordinator position is already in place.
If and/or when Jeff Lebby leaves to be a head coach, we're expecting Seth Littrell to be the next OC for the Sooners, based on conversations with a few different sources around the program.
Littrell is also being considered for Ark OC
What about TE coach if Finley goes with him?
Matt, whats your opinion of this? He had some good offenses at Indiana & North Carolina but not sure this is an upgrade to Lebby. 4 of 6 seasons he was OC his teams had losing record...I would also assume hes coaching TEs if Finley leaves & they would be hiring a QB coach?
