I've had a few conversations with sources over the course of Thursday, and while reports of Danny informing the staff about his plans to enter the draft are accurate, what's become clear today is that this is still a fluid situation.
Thus far there has been no public comment from Danny or his family, and according to a couple of different sources there's a sense that a final decision has not been made.
At this point I wouldn't be surprised either way, but there's certainly a world where Danny returns to Norman for the 2024 season and it's not as finalized as it sounded when news broke of his meeting with the coaches.
