Team Note 11/13

We all saw the adjustments that were made by Jeff Lebby and the offense against West Virginia. Our sources were on top of that early in the week and we outlined what they were telling us here.

I spoke with one of those same sources earlier this morning, and the genesis of the offensive adjustments was a meeting that the offensive staff had along with Brent Venables providing his input about what he wanted to see going forward. This wasn't some firey shouting match or anything like that. It was Venables giving input and working with the offensive staff to develop a plan that played to the strengths of their personnel.

This source also gave credit to Lebby for being willing to take the information on board and listen to not only Venables but also his fellow offensive staff members.
