Some notes on the team:

  1. Unless there is a setback, I expect Dasan McCullough to be back this week against Cincinnati.

  2. Peyton Bowen could get the start at strong safety over Reggie Pearson, according to a source. Bowen could also get the start at cheetah if the staff decides to bring McCullough in off the bench.

  3. I'm expecting R. Mason Thomas to be back in the rotation at DE this week.

  4. I'm concerned that Savion Byrd could miss some time. It's been speculated that Byrd is dealing with a head injury but OU has not confirmed any of those details.

  5. Coaches were very pleased with Kendal Dolby's play and the expectation is he'll get more snaps heading into conference play.
