We've written previously about how OU's chances with Terry Bussey will depend on their willingness to compete on the NIL front at the top compared other schools, and a source has indicated to me that the Sooners are preparing to do exactly that.

To be clear, this doesn't guarantee success by any measure for OU but it does put them in the game.
